What

Five independent_session reviews, all agree, of the WSL workstation receipts the foundation lane listed as awaiting review:

  • data-alpaca-py install
  • data-duckdb install
  • data-edgartools use
  • data-exchange-calendars use
  • skfolio use

Another session recorded them (recorder identity fd125af9…). This session reviewed them (2c7ae79d…), and review and validate both check that the two identities differ.

How the reviews were done (reproduced and adequacy-checked)

Reproduction ran on a clean detached checkout of main at cd17bda. None of the receipts or the files their commands use changed between cd17bda and this branch's base, f5812d3.

  • Every recorded command re-ran with its recorded exit code.
  • Outputs were byte-identical except uv's self-reported timing line ("Checked N packages in X ms") in five offline uv pip sync --dry-run --offline checks.
  • The five git ls-remote tag-to-commit checks were byte-identical. They were run with scripts/host_receipts.py's own run_command and output hash.

Adequacy was checked against docs/contributing-evidence.md §8:

Receipt Layer role Positive control Backed claims Bound to winner
edgartools use native HTMLParser parsed a real 2021 8-K offline; Markdown content verified; 0 SEC requests not required (content-checked parser output); native_document.py raises on a fixture hash mismatch yes pin_matches true
exchange-calendars use XNYS open/close, early close, DST shift, holidays, 252 sessions in 2024, next open; the values agree with the NYSE schedule a holiday session_open raises NotSessionError yes yes
skfolio use the frozen WalkForward study's stdout is byte-identical (20 folds); MeanRisk invariants; 127 walk-forward folds infeasible min_weights=0.2 is refused (SolverError) yes yes
alpaca-py install readiness only: builds a LimitOrderRequest in a no-network namespace n/a (install) yes yes
duckdb install readiness only: the engine's pragma_version() reports v1.5.5, with a source_id that is a prefix of the pin n/a (install) yes yes

Regenerated

  • catalogs/landscape/component-evidence-matrix.json and docs/component-evidence-matrix.md.
  • catalogs/landscape/new-host-grand-list.json and docs/new-host-grand-list.md.
  • The three use receipts' layer pairs move from accepted to host_verified. WSL2 host_verified pairs go from 27 to 32.
  • WSL host counts under the dashboard rule: 69 receipts, 56 current agree, 1 needs changes, 0 awaiting review and 12 superseded.

Checks

host_receipts.py validate (98 receipts), validate.py, component_matrix.py --check, new_host_grand_list.py --check, evidence_manifest.py --check and validate_convergence.py --all-recorded all pass.

This is lane:shared because it changes evidence/hosts/** and the matrix and grand list. It regenerates docs/new-host-grand-list.md, so it merges only after the v2026.09.25.2 release window closes and after the foundation lane acks.

These receipts were recorded on 2026-09-25 by another session (recorder
identity fd125af9...). This session (2c7ae79d...) reviewed them as
independent_session.

- Reproduced from a clean checkout of main at cd17bda. Every recorded
command re-ran with its recorded exit code. Outputs were byte-identical
except uv's self-reported timing line in five offline lock checks. The
five network tag-to-commit checks were byte-identical, run with the
recorder's own run_command and output hash.
- Adequacy-checked against docs/contributing-evidence.md:
  - The three use receipts meet all four points.
    - edgartools: its parser output is content-checked, and the fixture
      hashes fail closed.
    - exchange-calendars: the holiday refusal is its control, and the
expected values agree with the NYSE schedule.
    - skfolio: the frozen study's stdout is byte-identical, and the
      infeasible-weights refusal is its control.
  - The two install receipts go beyond a version call. Their claims are
backed, and they are bound to their winners.
- component_matrix.py and new_host_grand_list.py were rewritten with
--write. The WSL host now has 69 receipts: 56 current agree, 1 needs
changes, 0 awaiting review, 12 superseded.

… incentive board and data lake, and the recounted WSL host (#288)

- simulation: 866 to 884 fills per min at 70 ms exact release, 30 of 30
  minutes, and 672 at 1 s (#254, sim-capacity/receipts/20260925-elite-tier.json).
- paper: adds the margin financing model (#243); still blocked on the
  paper keys (HTTP 401).
- mover-early-entry-studies: v1 to v3, with the v3 core merged (#190) and not
  frozen.
- New gates:
  - incentive-board-forward (#187, #220): 0 orders;
  - data-lake-source (#208): minute-bar pilot not run.
- wsl-workstation-host: the foundation lane's wording. Counts were recounted
on main 0074a0c by the last independent_session verdict per receipt,
superseded excluded: 69 receipts, 56 agree, 1 needs changes, 0 awaiting
  review, 12 superseded (#285).

The foundation lane acked the strings and the recount rule.
