…d evidence Records, not gate flips. runtime-target.json (reviewed_at 2026-09-24): broker_boundaries[ibkr] and next_acceptance[2] cite the passed 1.231.0 Python-adapter paper receipt from #147 (ibkr-paper-orders/evidence/receipt-20260923-passed.json: accept, cancel, fill, flatten; net -2.08 USD; flat). local_broker_acceptance stays not_established for the 2.0.0rc5 destination; the remaining rc5 blocker is nautilus_trader#4983 (open, checked with gh 2026-09-24). The ibapi pin note records states checked with gh: rc5 pins ibapi =3.3.0, rust-ibapi#764 closed 2026-08-27 by merged #765 (not a blocker), nautilus_trader PR #5041 open (pin to =4.1.0). grand-dashboard/state.json: recorded_at_utc bumped; the sota-convergence gate cites the 32-layer landscape sweep in manifest-20260923.json (#153); a new mover-early-entry-studies gate records #162's v1/v2 research result (no development pass in any family, holdout unread; not a strategy acceptance). The 20260923 lane_limits record two of the 11 surviving sweep candidates (PaddlePaddle/PaddleOCR, anthropics/claude-code-action) as previously recorded, so the gate now says 11 sweep candidates (9 new + 2 previously recorded) instead of 11 newcomers. The retained 28-layer/Codex-review clause is dropped because manifest-20260923.json, the gate's only evidence_ref, does not record it. state.json re-registered with host_receipts.register_file.
