Tag Generator

This project was created as a need for the college I went to. It was done when I was a student, so excuse the ridiculously sloppy code. Uses the library at https://github.com/t0k4rt/phpqrcode . This is currently in pre-release. Once I feel it can do the same things as the current live version can, I will merge into master.
