Description

This PR aims to fix two issues

  • need to ensure is_final is true at the last row of tx_table's calldata part.
  • use 1st phase column to hold the calldata bytes as the tx_table.value column is a 2nd phase column when we RLCed the tx_table.value column.

Issue Link

Finding 26 is not fully resolved in pr #622.

assume that we are dealing with the final transaction

  • on the fixed part of the tx circuit layout, CallDataRLC and CallDataLength are both zero
  • on the dynamic part of the tx circuit layout, I put arbitrary calldata. The point here is that I never set is_final to true.

what would happen? TxCalldata lookup conditions don't satisfy (so no lookup will be done) and the CallDataRLC lookup conditions don't either (so no lookup will be done) since I never set is_final to true
