The latest versions of the slick-carousel require adding jquery as a dependency. We should find a replacement carousel instead.

Note we could update react-slick, but break the dependency on slick-carousel by just copying over the css and fonts as described in the react-slick readme: https://github.com/akiran/react-slick
