extend segment search to default name used in segments list

In the segments list the default name of an unnamed segment is Segment <id> but it was only possible to search for unnamend segments via <id> in the search popover. This pr changes this behaviour so that it is possible to search for the full default name Segment <id>.

URL of deployed dev instance (used for testing):

• https://___.webknossos.xyz

Steps to test:

• open an annotation with a segmentation.
• click on some segments to add them to the segments list
• use the search an enter the term "segm"
• It should be possible to cycle through all segments via the search
