change task type tracing type as long as there are no tasks yet or delete those
task type name unique? necessary only among not deleted ones, probably… (let’s discuss that)

name uniqueness is solved by #7573

mutating it before there are tasks hasn’t been requested again, so I’d say it’s not planned for now
