Update CHANGELOG, README?

First off, thanks for this library.

Please note, just an observation but hopefully useful: There's been a 2.1.0 release available since a few months ago but CHANGELOG and README still refer to 2.0.1 as the latest stable version. Perhaps 2.1.0 is actually not considered stable? Thanks!
