Resolved compilation problems in server tests module and in the smoke tests module. Tests in server module should pass. Minor changes added to satisfy the test passing. Implementation of new client will be the next part, so the code in client module may not compile.
**NOTE: ** Not sure if tests in smoketests module will pass due problems with the execution of injected code (System.exit can be executed).
