…e. Three examples off config files are als commited. Details on the used library can be found here https://pypi.org/project/ConfigArgParse/. The way events work were changed as well, because the new config file returns a different type of event criterie, which would not work with the old way of finding events. The changes are: There is now a possibility to have more than one event criteria with different radii. And there is the possbility to change the event time to the arrival time, where it shows up in the seismogram. And the event client searches now through all FDSN clients to find the one with the most events for each criteria. This is much for one commit, but it would have been difficult to split it up in retrospect

Restarts the GUI if seedlink connection was lost.
WIP branch still contains some other changes as well and will be cleaned up shortly.
