Quantities of extra items added to an order are kept separate but should be cumulated

Expected Behaviour

When an order already includes some items that correspond to dishes (main or side) and we then add an order item (billable or not) that corresponds to one of the latter dishes, the Kitchen count report and the Route sheet should simply cumulate the quantities of these dishes.

Actual Behaviour

When an order already includes some items that correspond to dishes (main or side) and we then add an order item (billable or not) that corresponds to one of the latter dishes, the Kitchen count report does not count the added items and the Route sheet shows them on a separate line.
