Its not very obvious what should be done here. "transmission" is the value what all browsers support, and now it's nonstandard. I could very well just remove it, but it's hard to track when browsers will accept the new value, especially when BCD does not track dictionaries.

For now I'll accept any dictionary changes unless they require an unsupported interface.
