3.76.2 breaks the studio if scheduled publishing is disabled

Describe the bug

A perfectly functional studio running 3.76.1 displays an error in 3.76.2 if scheduled publishing is off.

To Reproduce

In a workspace/studio that had scheduled publishing but disabled in via sanity.config.ts, upgrade to 3.76.2 and start the studio. It's broken (see screenshot).

Expected behavior

Working as usual/
