Create a no-reminder certificate #2929

Is your feature request related to a problem or use case?

Sandboxie shows a support reminder if it has been installed for some time and the user does not have a certificate.

There are instances of #2926, but there are other reasons, like just using the Sandboxie with the "normal" features and being in a position that does not allow them to contribute or let them buy an expensive certificate (depending on where they live, for example) or users that are not needing those features, still use Sandboxie, but have no interest in paying for it, just to be not shown the message about supporting the project, without planning to use the features such a certificate unlocks.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having you create a certificate that disables the reminder, without giving the user access to whatever the other certificates enable Sandboxie to do.

Those can be really cheap (less than 5 bucks), but you still get money you otherwise did not get, as they either just don't use Sandboxie or keep clicking the message away. Ideally, the certificate would not expire, so users are happy and more likely to spend money on this. It seems unlikely that there is a large overlap between users of this certificate and a regular one.

There are probably people donating money in that amount already, not expecting something in return, but then you can just make their experience of using Sandboxie, a bit better.
