- Moved contribution guidelines to .github/CONTRIBUTING.md to make less cluttered. - Linked the contribution guidelines file from README. This change also meets the GitHub requirement. This contribution guidelines file will display automatically by GitHub on issues, pull requests, discussions etc when a person creates a new.
