もともとは #686 として存在していたコミット群です。
Win32/Release のバイナリを試してみましたが機能しているようです。
作成された sakura.ini に異常なところもないようです。
#686 が再開されるのが一番ですがブランチを復活させるオプションは当人しか持っていないので、保存のためにこの PR を開きます。
