-All .Py/.C were changed by .py/.c -Special characters, '', "" or spaces removed to ease the navigation inside direcories from the linux command line. -Now, thanks to .gitignore, all binary files ending with .exe and .out will be ignored on every git process.
This reverts commit 754d979. I will do the commit again on a new branch.

The idea was to unify the criterion to name files and to add some features to ease the navigation inside the directory with the linux terminal.
