notebook -- republishing a worksheet doesn't update the displayed title

1. Create a worksheet

2. Publish it

3. Change the title of the original worksheet and republish it.

The title of the published worksheet doesn't change.

I only noticed this because of #7433. Without #7433 this bug isn't observable.
