Skip 0.4.0 because it was unable to publish to npm because @ryanve originally forgot to publish 0.3.0 to npm and unpublished 0.4.0 in order to publish 0.3.0 properly because it had been some time whereas 0.4.0 was only published for <1min. 0.4.0 and 0.5.0 are identical aside from the version number.

• If using both SF and Oakland colors use 0.5.0
• If using SF only then use 0.3.0 if you want leaner code
