- Update plate solution to use more reasonable timeouts set in semi-private constant variables at the class level
- Update dependencies to meet Lab requirements for maintenance
- Upgrade to Python 3.10 to match updated Colab baseline and to ensure any newer code is API-compliant
…the exception of potentially breaking, computationally-centric code which will be addressed separately.
… retry numbers based on Tenacity API.
