font-patcher: Add new option to just patch some glyphs in

[why]
The --custom argument lets you patch in special glyphs, but
* The 'basic' glyphs (Seti, etc) will always also be patched in
* The 'Nerd Font' name is injected, which is unwanted if repatching

[how]
Add new option --customonly that does just that:
* Patch in all glyphs of the custom font
* Do not patch in anything else
* Do not rename the font (it is not really a Nerd Font afterwards)

[note]
The new option name will break workflows where people add a custom set
with the abbreviated long option, for example `--cus blah.ttf`.
But the error message should be clear enough that they can fix it
easily.
