• Replace our usage of nix with rustix. This enables this crate to run without libc. (Use rustix/libc instead of nix #164)

• Bump version for the following dependencies:
  • memmap2 (build(deps): update redox_syscall requirement from 0.3 to 0.4 #156)
  • redox_syscall (build(deps): update memmap2 requirement from 0.7.1 to 0.9.0 #161)
  • drm (Update drm, nix, and criterion dependencies #163)
