@Manishearth there are many open issues and PRs regarding the list of editors. This one in particular can be closed after this PR. AFAIK the status was that a clear governance structure is missing for the website. Any news on that? Where can I follow the developments?

I haven't had any time to pursue this. I do plan to see if I can give you maintainer access though. |

A fork exists at https://github.com/pulsar-edit/pulsar but does not meet the bar to appear on https://www.rust-lang.org/learn/get-started, particularly compared to other modern options like Helix which has 10× as many GitHub stars.
