Someone should add information on targets we care about to the scope document here: https://hackmd.io/BPiMVIcYQ_2svaAsOMktog. This likely involves including condensing the discussion from meeting on 2023-11-30.

This was one of the action items from that meeting, and there's considerable information there about it, as it occupied most of the meeting time.
