Is the visual guide in the docs index.html page broken?

I don't see any configurations in the Configuration Options section, both locally and in the docs index.html in GitHub (https://rust-lang.github.io/rustfmt/). Apparently, there should be a list of options with visual examples. Is this broken, not implemented, or a bug on my side?

Here are screenshots of the hosted and local pages; there is nothing else shown below the screen.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there another way to see the configuration options and what they do? I am trying to customize my rustfmt.toml file, and seeing the list of possibilities with examples would be most helpful.

I eventually found what I was looking for here: https://github.com/rust-lang/rustfmt/blob/master/Configurations.md.

The inline documentation links point to the incorrect location. For example:

• They point here: https://rust-lang.github.io/rustfmt/#wrap_comments
  • Which does not work
• Instead of here: https://github.com/rust-lang/rustfmt/blob/master/Configurations.md#wrap_comments
  • Which does work

I am still determining where those inline or IDE-integrated doc links are defined. If I find them, updating them should be easy.
