rustdoc resource suffix changes #182

This patch makes new rustdoc and theme-picker compatible with docs.rs.

Non-default target builds doesn't have correct css and javascript links. This should be fixed in: Update rustc onur/rust#6
Navigation position is broken in rustdocs.

Common files are also directly copied with the same source file name

Thanks to --resource-suffix we no longer need to cast dark magic on html files.

This test is useless since build_doc only works in a cratesfyi-container now
