Build scripts can generate some compile time items, like `cfg` options, environment variables, etc. These things can be used by the plugin to provide proper code insight features where these options is used: conditional compilation, include macro, etc. In addition, since rust-lang/cargo#7622 build script message contains info about output directory for generated sources. Under the hood, `cargo check` is used to get the corresponding build script output. Unfortunately, it compiles whole project instead of build scripts. So, at this moment it's under `org.rust.cargo.evaluate.build.scripts` experimental feature and disabled by default
