Failure while running cargo clippy and cargo test

I am trying to run cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings but it is giving me error due to extra parentheses, which eventually cause cargo test to fail.

Steps to reproduce/Fix-:

Remove the extra parentheses from these 2 mod.rs files

What I'd like to better understand is why do you see this and not CI nor me locally.

Yes I am using using nightly
