What this PR does:

Updates explanation of variable shadowing in if-let
Adds clarification about let-chains in modern Rust

Why:

The Rust Book explanation is outdated for newer compilers
Prevents confusion for readers using current Rust

Notes:

No behavior change, documentation-only update
