Translate this book to Viet Nam version

Can i fork and translate this book to Vietnamese version ?

@HnGiang we are working on the multi-language feature at the moment, see PR#200. You can already compile and test from gambhiro/mdBook/multilang. Organize your Markdown files as here and it should build the html book.

Please comment if you experience bugs, if your translation doesn't build and such problems. Most likely there will be.
