Remove code duplication for APIMethods type (Eq, Ord, Show instances in kore-rpc-types) #182
Description
The extended logging PR duplicated the APIMethods type to obtain Eq, Ord, Show instances.
Add the instances to kore-rpc-types and remove the duplicate in hs-booster
