GUI: Execution File Storage Plugin: configuration listing is missing data #1317

When configured, the value should be displayed under the System Configuration page, but it is not (bug)
Available plugins should display how to enable them within rundeck-config.properties
Extended configuration properties should be shown within the plugin listing, based on this documentation http://rundeck.org/docs/plugins-user-guide/configuring.html#logging
