Description
This bumps all of the openai and openai-like LLM dependents to pull in the new version. The new version is for the tool_required change, which version bumped a minor version for the new feature (with the current 0.x versioning schema, that should have probably been a patch, but oops, here we are)

Did I bump the version in the
pyproject.tomlfile of the package I am updating? (Except for thellama-index-corepackage)
