Adding new OpenAI responses features (image gen, mcp call, code interpreter)

Description

With this PR, we add support for generating images, remotely calling mcp and using the code interpreter in OpenAI Responses API.
Image generation is supported sync and async, with and without streaming.
MCP calling and Code Interpreter are supported sync and async, without streaming.
