[Documentation]: API Reference -> LLMs link is broken

Documentation Issue Description

Clicking on "API Reference" in the top navbar and then "LLMs" in the left navbar results in a "404 - Not Found" (or better to say links falsely to https://docs.llamaindex.ai/en/latest/api_reference/llms/OptimumIntelLLM.md).
