Simple platformio configuration.
user_rf_cal_sector_setfunction added as required by the linker. This is probably because Platformio uses older SDK. It's a default function provided from espressif exampleIt firmware compiles,flashes, and communicates over UART but I have not yet tested with stm8.
Resolves #16.
