Connects to the endpoint defined by rucio/rucio#6048
Login view has been refactored to make the login process easier to understand and maintain. In order for this code to work correctly, the rucio auth server must be configured to request client certificates when the '/auth/x509' location is accessed. More information can be found in this issue.
