should we limit stereotypes to just gender stereotypes?
wouldn't harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments constitute use of stereotypes anyway?

Well, stereotypes are a usual figure of speech (e.g "the non-technical colleague"). Still, I think it warrants mention. Maybe e.g. through the use of gender stereotypes?

I agree that banning all stereotypes is probably too much. Also I believe that
harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides)
already covers the added sentence, or what am I missing?

This has been stale for some time and I believe now that we decided against it for various reasons explained above. Thanks for the input either way :) |
Some minor additions that could be useful.
Added Mindfullness section. Not sure about how to phrase this part, but thought that the concept would be helpful in the context of this.
Added gender stereotypes in Unacceptable behaviour. Many times we use gender-ed images and figures of speech to explain or underline concepts. It's common but can be felt as offensive.
