Phantom Project Folder in the Code Explorer Window

Description
With some projects the Folder that would show items with no @folder annotation when those items are all given @folder annotations the folder is still represented in the CE window.

To Reproduce
I have no idea how to reproduce it. Some projects exhibit the behavior while others do not.

Expected behavior
When every module (including host objects) has an @folder annotation, the folder representing the project is no longer shown in the CE.

Likely has to do with some cache invalidation glitch.
