Sometimes we want to add a chain that won't be jumped from another chain, unless we specify it to. The value ':none' is added to the direction attribute so that a rule to jump to the chain won't be added to any direction chains.

…et to. When direciton is set to :none, a rule to jump to the newly created chain will not be added to any direction chains.
