Hi everyone! I updated my url website and added de blogpost in spanish about the champions program.

@SoyAndrea, thank you so much for writing this blog post! It is fantastic to read about all the work you did under the Champions program and your plans for the package.

I did minor formatting changes, and I added some links to the package, the author profile of the people you mention on the blog, the champions program web, the peer review web, and the video of the talk at LatinR when you mention it in the text.

I will do the automatic translation to English and request @steffilazerte review. This will happen when Steffi returns from her holidays.

So, we will probably be publishing this blog post during May.

@SoyAndrea algunos comentarios menores al archivo en castellano. Ademas, fijate si podes poner el .Rproj dentro de los archivos a ignorar, asi no lo agregas al Pull Request.

Ya agregue el archivo en ingles.

What a lovely blog post!
Thank you so much @SoyAndrea for writing such a personal and powerful story. I think this will be a great motivation for others to get involved in the Champions Program.

One minor thing I'm not sure of. I replace cases of 'arcenso' and 'Arcenso' with ARcenso, but I realize that the package is called arcenso. In general, I think I'd suggest using the project name (ARcenso), except when explicitly referring to the package (see my suggestions, and use them if it makes sense).

Other than that there are just a couple of minor tweaks and some missing translations.
