This branch enabled me to connect a light node to local celestia devnet. Currently, it is not possible.

After talking to @smuu he said changing it to private would enable connecting other network participants to the local Celestia network. This should fix #44. Could you double-check if it works with the newest version so we don't have to downgrade app/node version?
