dune is pinned to non-existent versions

The removal of opam versions seems to have happened here (two days ago) ocaml/opam-repository#27977 That seems to be an initiative to prune packages from the ocaml opam repository.

I have the same issue with Elpi in the mathcomp/mathcomp:2.2.0-coq-8.19 and mathcomp/mathcomp:2.3.0-coq-8.19 images. I think that the only robust solution is to add the opam-repository-archive repository, at least for old versions of Coq/Rocq.

The opam-repository folks have been quite responsive on this. They've restored the missing dune version (ocaml/opam-repository#28068).

You probably want to ask about unarchiving elpi too.

On the long-term, it looks like opam-repository is happy to not archive packages as long as users speak up, so we won't need to use opam-repository-archive. Just some miscommunication happened so Rocq people missed the opportunity to speak up before they pulled the plug.
