• add a elementsOfIgnoringCase method in CharSequenceToContainCreatorsSamples for toContain.ignoringCase.elementsOf(...)
• add a elementsOfIgnoringCaseWithChecker method in CharSequenceToContainCreatorsSamples for toContain.ignoringCase...elementsOf(...) (e.g. toContain.ignoringCase.atMost(2).elementsOf(...))
• link in the KDoc of the corresponding functions in charSequenceToContainCreators.kt to the sample via @sample (see function value in this file)
