  1. Remove old CI files 

    Actually just wanting to trigger sonarcloud scan because a lot of
projects I work on seem to have vanished, want to see what happens.

  4. Remove sonarcloud scanning 

    SonarCloud deletes projects if they go a year without scanning.
This means the build breaks, the badges break, and is annoying.
