According to datamining, no PLA/SV moves were given the Sleep Talk/Copycat banned flags with the exception of the Torque moves. You only need to add those plus Copycat. |

Description
Adds moves from PLA and SV to the Metronome forbidden list
Bulbapedia hasn't updated the Copycat or Sleep Talk lists for Gen 9 yet. I'm fine with either waiting until those are implemented to merge this or having that be a different PR.
