Description

  • Removes the flickering when switching to and from submenus in the debug menu @Jaizu
  • Adds a sebmenu to utility to set the weather
  • The changeable flags now start at 1 (0 isnt a flag)
  • Object events now get frozen while the menu is open
  • misc. whitespace and function declaration changes
