Cherrim does not need Flower Gift to swap forms.
Added a config constant that makes Castform swap to base form if it loses Forecast and makes Cherrim's transformation depend on having Flower Gift.
Renamed Castform related functions and variables to be more generic.
Reverted a few changes from a recent PR as they are no longer needed.
