Resolves #346 This adds a 'Reload artwork' command to the artwork view panel. This can be used to force a reload of artwork following e.g. configuration changes.

There should be an command to force a full refresh of the artwork view panel for e.g. when the configuration in Display preferences changes.
(There doesn't seem to be a way for the panel to be notified when the configuration changes.)
The command would probably be accessed from the context menu.
