The build on Read The Docs failed. The Documentation (sum of reST files) is to large to build within a timeout of 900 sec.

Increasing the timeout ...

... might not help, because more Kernel-Docs will be added in the near future.

The RDT limits : 15min & 1 GB

Split documentation into small Sphinx-Doc projects

From each DocBook (it's reST conversion) a small, stand-alone Sphinx-Doc
project is generated. *Autodoc* from source code and the *misc-docs* are
also each one stand-alone project. All projects these are referred from
the *mainpage* project.

A Makefile with all the reST and HTML targets was added. This is also a
preparation to publish on github-pages, see issue 1:

Droped publication on RTD and moved to github-pages:

The RTD build has not only limits on resources, the possibilities of the build process are also very limited. So I decided to move to gh-pages where individual builds could be uploaded.
